Melissa Mullins spent 20 years racing against the clock as a paramedic in rural Arkansas. Service, compassion, and calm under pressure defined every shift. In 2017, those same qualities took on a gentler form when she welcomed her first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel litter. A single cuddle-filled evening convinced her this was the breed and the calling God had prepared for her next chapter. Today, Melissa raises each puppy with the same steady devotion she once gave her patients, delivering healthy, joy-filled companions to families across the country.

Meet Melissa
After two decades answering 911 calls as a paramedic, Melissa Mullins felt a tug for a gentler way to serve. She prayed for direction, and the answer arrived on four little paws. What began with cockapoos and cocker spaniels soon led her to the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, a breed whose sweet nature matched her own. From the moment the first Cavalier litter curled into her lap, Melissa knew this was her calling. Today she pours the same commitment, calm, and care she once gave her patients into raising healthy, well-loved Cavaliers for families across the country.
When Melissa isn’t playing fetch or answering new-owner questions, she gardens, volunteers at her church, and cheers for the Arkansas Razorbacks with a lap full of Cavaliers.
